This is an anime rendition of Jenny from the cartoon "My Life as a Teenage Robot". It's a simple head and shoulders shot, and it was done in black ink with a ball point pen.

I like the expression on her face, as well as the way you visualized her pigtails.
One critique would be that her hair should now look so soft. To accentuate that Jenny is completely metal, they should look a bit more hard-edged.
For some reason, she almost has this look on her face that says she wants to be human. I guess I've been watching A.I. and Video Girl Ai too much.
